Refund policy

All sales are final on VIP experiences, including meet-and-greets, backstage access, and exclusive event packages. These experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For soft merchandise items (e.g., apparel), we offer a 2-week return window. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that returns are subject to approval and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, limited edition merchandise, or items purchased during promotional sales.
  • Amplified Alpine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
